Notice of Proposed Amendment of Johnson Township Zoning Resolution
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Township Trustees of Johnson Township, Champaign County, will hold a public hearing on December 15, 2025, for the purpose of considering proposed amendments to the Township’s Zoning Resolution and associated District Schedule. The proposed amendments address the following subjects:
1. Establish definitions for “Storage Facility” and “Storage Facility, Personal.”
2. Amend the District Schedule to add “Storage Facility, Personal” as a conditional use in M2 zoning district.
The hearing will be held at 7:30 PM at the Johnson Township Building, 1938 Apple Road, St. Paris, Ohio 43072. After the conclusion of the hearing, the Trustees will take action to approve or disapprove the proposed amendments. The text of the proposed amendments is available for examination at the St. Paris Public Library, 127 E. Main St., St. Paris, Ohio 43072.
