The Johnson Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on an application for a Variance on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Johnson Township house located at 1938 Apple Road in Johnson Township.
The application, submitted by Tommie A. Tracey-Dynes and Aaron Dynes, requests a Variance be granted for the following described property located in the U1 District to reduce the road set back, building position, and pond set back.
Description: 9.21 acres situated in Section 9, Township 03, Range 012 and
parcel F016-06-12-09-00-020-06 at 3130 Cemetery Road.
